This website is operated by Moodfume for perfume and cosmetics , trading as MOODFUMÉ (“MOODFUMÉ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Shopping Terms govern your access to and use of moodfume.com, any related pages, features and services, and purchases made through the website (together, the “Services”).
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Shopping Terms and to the policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Shopping Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable United Arab Emirates law.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the website’s security, transmit malicious code or violate the rights of MOODFUMÉ or any third party.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND FRAGRANCE SAFETY
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and packaging may appear slightly different on screen, natural ingredients and production batches may vary, and fragrance descriptions are subjective.
Please follow all product labels and directions. Unless stated otherwise, fragrance products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, do not ingest, keep away from children and ignition sources, and stop use if irritation occurs. Review ingredient information before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT
The checkout will display the product price, applicable VAT, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges before you place your order.
You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms. We may change future prices and promotions without notice, but this will not affect an order already accepted.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable. Opened or used fragrance, incense, cosmetic or personal-use products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described.
SECTION 6 – GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS
Gift cards, vouchers, discount codes, loyalty benefits and promotions may be subject to additional terms shown when issued. Any expiry date, minimum spend, exclusions and redemption limits will be disclosed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined or applied retrospectively.
